Ms. McGann grew up in Bristolville, Ohio a beautiful, very small town in rural Northeast Ohio. In 1997, Ms. McGann moved to Columbus, Ohio to begin her career in Communication and Customer Experience via various types of Contact Centers as well as in person services with a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
Ms. McGann has worked in Contact Center Operations and Management for 19 years, beginning this venture as a frontline Representative. Today Ms. McGann holds a Client Services Manager position at a Leading Global BPO where she oversees Programs as well as Clients in multiple Geo’s globally.
Communication is critical in not only building but maintaining any successful relationship.
Ms. McGann is passionate about photography, politics, spending down time in nature, travelling and, spending with her family as well as her adored Australian Cattle dog.
